We gather more information about your project and budget so we can send you a proposal and contract to suit your needs.
You will receive our automated Proposify proposal and contract with our suggested budget and time frame, which can be modified by you before you sign to adjust the project to fit your needs and budget completely.
After we receive your signed proposal and contract we will send you a draft invoice which can be paid directly through our Shopify website, using any of our accepted forms of payment - Shopify Payment, PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay. Once paid projects will begin.
Tweaks and Training plans are purchased in advance of service and paid in full, directly from our website.
For Monthly Maintenance Plans, although your credit card will be authorized for the full amount, you will only be charged for the first month fees which will act as the deposit. The remaining amount will be billed at the end of the first month. From that point forward we will invoice on the first of each month.
Once purchased you will receive a confirmation email.
Next you will receive another email with our contract via Proposify that will outline the scope of service & timeline.
